The challenge
The customer had a requirement to be able to present detailed information to its users in a “Customer portal” for its service delivery within GRX (GPRS roaming exchange).
The requirement for the solution was to be able to quickly compile customer-specific reports on large amounts of data that were also searchable over time (history, real-time and prediction)

Together with the customer, Compose IT implemented SevOne’s solution for statistical collection and real-time reporting of service quality to large global operators.
The benefits
One system replaced several “downpipe systems” with monitoring and presentation of all services in a cohesive system, the total time for operation and maintenance was reduced to a quarter and freed up time for service development.
