Self monitoring 2.0 or SM2 as we call it is completely rewritten and redesigned compared to the previous version and great focus has been placed on flexibility and presentation. This is to ensure that deficiencies in your monitoring platform are noticed and that the time to identify where the error is is as short as possible.
Why ‘Self monitoring’?
It is more the rule than the exception that our customers have many different monitoring systems to manage different technologies. The monitoring systems are integrated with CMDB, ticket system and Asset system.
A paradox that we, together with our customers, have struggled with is that today’s monitoring solutions need to be monitored.
